Delays caused by the client (late responses, missing access, new changes) may extend timelines.

7. Ownership & Rights
Once full payment is received, ownership of final deliverables (website, graphics, content) is transferred to the client.
We may use completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
8. Use of Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools (hosting, plugins, analytics, ad platforms).
We are not liable for:
Issues caused by third-party services
Downtime
Account restrictions or suspensions by Facebook/Google/etc.

We do not guarantee:

Search engine ranking positions
Digital marketing performance depends on various external factors including competition, budget, industry, and platform behavior.

10. Termination of Services
We may terminate a project if:
Payments are not received on time
The client violates our policies
There is repeated miscommunication or unreasonable demands
Clients may terminate services with prior written notice, but payments already made are non-refundable.

We keep all client information private and secure. Clients must not share our pricing, processes, or confidential materials with others.
12. Limitation of Liability

Loss of revenue
Platform bans or restrictions
Hosting/server issues
Domain or hosting expiration
Loss caused by incorrect client inputs
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
